Our objective is to provide a private and premiere network of select individuals interested in nurturing early-stage ventures, obtaining superior economic returns, “giving back” to society, and sharing knowledge with entrepreneurs and emerging companies.
We are seeking individuals that have the above desires and meet most of the following criteria:
- Must love the idea of building and working with start-ups and new or growing businesses.
- Must be an “Accredited Investor” per SEC
- Must have some experience in starting, owning or managing businesses
- Must be willing to spend some time getting to know fellow angel investors.
- Must be will to participate “Angel” meetings
- Must be willing to assist with business plan screening, due diligence, deal structuring or network administration
- May be “part-time” and willing to invest on the side
- Must be capable of investment in deals from $25,000 to$1,000,000.
- Must be willing to meet personally with some prospective businesses
